Presentation of the book "CUSCHERA"

The monographic book of the sculptor Salvatore Cuschera, published by SilvanaEditoriale, curated and with an introductory essay by Giuseppe Appella, is presented on Wednesday 16 May at the Museo del Novecento in Milan.
The bilingual book, in Italian and English, traces the work of the artist from 1990 to 2016. Cuschera, artist of Sicilian origins, started working in a blacksmith's workshop and then moved to Milan where he continued his studies at the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera. Linked to anthropology, he traveled to Europe, Africa, America and Asia, frequented museums, critics and artists. Gifted with great technical and inventive talent, Cuschera combines expert craftsmanship with the use of new technologies that allow him to obtain important results in both small and large sculptures.
